Saturday :
my vehicle has been acting up lately so we decided to take it in to the mechanic. michael's car, a 93 VW Fox has been in need of some repair for a while as well. he made an appointment for both cars at meineke in nashua, NH for saturday so off we went. we dropped my car off and headed out to eat breakfast at Friendly's. It's kinda like a Perkins or an upscaled Denny's. It was good. I had a bacon, egg and tomato melt and michael had pancakes with strawberries and cream.
after breakfast we headed to walmart for some things. once done there, we went back to nashua but figured the car wasn't quite ready so we stopped off at barnes and nobles bookstore. spent a few hours in there and got some books then got the call that my car was done. we switched vehicles and went home to finish brokeback mountain.
Sunday :
this was a lazy day for both of us and we didn't end up doing much but just relaxing and being together.
it was a good weekend!
